NotaryDesk provides certified document authentication, witnessing of signatures, and legal affidavits for private and business clients.

3. Booking and Payment

All fees must be paid in advance to confirm an appointment or order. Payment methods are displayed at checkout. Charges are processed in Swiss francs.

4. Refund and Transfer Policy

4.1 Notary Services

Once an appointment is confirmed, no fees will be refunded. However, you may reschedule or transfer your booking to another date or client free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. To request a change, please submit a request via our online form.

4.2 Digital Information Products

If a digital product has not been downloaded or accessed, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Requests must be made through our online form. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 days.

4.3 Physical Goods

Unsold and undamaged items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, complete the process via our online form. Approved returns will incur a restocking evaluation. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned item. Return shipping costs are the client’s responsibility.

5. Service Modifications

NotaryDesk reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service. Notice of any material changes will be provided on our website at least 10 days in advance.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland without regard to conflict of laws principles.
